Complex computer modeling and extensive physical tests are part and parcel of the CRH design process. It is a key element in the overall process of implementing the most sophisticated and demanding international safety standards. The foundation for both strong safety performance and exeptional durability and reliability of our products is already set in the earliest phases of product development: with FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analyses), FEMs (Finite Element Models, model testing and simulations), complete test cycles (static and dynamic testing), life cycle testing as well as equipment and process capability analysis.
