CRH uses only materials with precisely defined specifications for volume production. This assures that our products will meet both our own internal and our customer's quality requirements.
The production process represents a finely tuned system.
However, correctly specifying the base materials by itself is not enough to maintain the high CRH quality standard. CRH also develops and manufactures our own capital equipment, such as assembly lines, tooling, jigs and fixtures. These capabilities enable us to create the most precise production process possible. When these capabilities are combined with our many years of successfull cooperation with our customers, we have been able to develop a finely tuned system of all production-related and logistical process.
